To help ease the pain of loss you must think about all the good times you had with each other, all the fun times, and funny things you did...the laughter, the love, the sharing and before you know it the pain - yes it will still be there, but it will recede and before you know it, all that will be left will be the joy of knowing you had someone so special in your life.
