Obituary for Theresia Wenzdorfer
Theresia Wenzdorfer, age 79, of Akron, went home to be with the Lord on Thursday morning at Summa Akron City Hospital. She was born December 1, 1935 in Yugoslavia to the late Frank and Magdalena Mayer.
Theresia Immigrated to the United States as a teenager. She was an accomplished seamstress. She will be forever remembered as a loving Mother and Grandmother. Theresia was a faithful member of Holy Trinity Catholic Church.
Besides her parents, she is preceded in death by her daughter Irene Hart.
She is survived by her sons Edwin and Norman Wenzdorfer, seven grandchildren, and a brother John Mayer.
Friends may call 6-8PM Tuesday at the Dunn-Quigley Funeral Home, 811 Grant St. in Akron; A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated 10AM Wednesday at Blessed Trinity Catholic Church, 300 E. Tallmadge Ave. in Akron. Procession will form at the church.
