Jacqueline F. Hayes, age 88, of Akron, passed away Friday, April 15, 2016.

Jacqueline was born November 5, 1927 in Lynn, Mass. to the late Frank and Edna (Furey) Kelley. She graduated from St. Mary’s School in Lynn. She was a loving daughter, wife, mother, and grandmother. She will be deeply missed and was a friend to all she knew!

Besides her parents, she is preceded in death by her sons, Raymond and Patrick Hayes; her brother Tim Kelley; and daughter-in-law Barb Hayes.

She is survived by her husband Raymond E. Hayes, her daughters Susan Hayes (Gary Grove), Bridget Vera, Maureen (Gary) Huffman, Catherine (Chuck) Dean; her sons Michael (Kellie) Hayes, Edward (Nicole) Hayes, and Matthew (Cheryl) Hayes; daughter-in-law Jerri Lyn Hayes; several grandchildren and great grandchildren; and sister Patricia Schultz.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated 10AM, Friday, April 22st. at the Catholic Community of St. John the Baptist, 1044 Brown St. in Akron. Interment in Ohio Western Reserve National Cemetery. PROCESSION TO FORM AT THE CHURCH.
