Obituary for Cassilda "Cassie" McKinney (Klingenberger)
Cassie "Nana" McKinney, 92, passed away after a brief illness on August 8, 2016 with her family at her side.
Born in Bucyrus, Ohio to the late Harold and Helen Klingenberger, she graduated from St. Mary's High School. She was a lifetime member of St. Mary's Parish where she faithfully attended until last spring. She retired from Dairy Mart Home Office.
Preceded in death by her husband, Edgar, and brother, George Klingenberger, her survivors include sons, Greg (Loretta), and Steve (Jennifer). She was a loving and devoted Grandma to Kim (John) Gibbons, and Matt (Devin) McKinney. Nothing made her more proud then being "Nana" to Abby and Alex Gibbons, Trinity, Kayleigh, MacKenzie, and Hailey McKinney.
Mass of Christian Burial will be on Friday, August 12th at 10 a.m. at St. Mary's Catholic Church (750 S. Main St.) where friends may call from 9 until Mass time. Interment at Holy Cross Cemetery will follow.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to St. Mary's Church.
