Obituary for Virginia M. Huggins (Fornari)

Virginia M.  Huggins (Fornari)
Virginia M. Huggins (Fornari), 84, of Silver Lake passed away on Aug. 21, 2016. Born in Piney Fork, Ohio to the late Angelo and Mary Fornari, she was a graduate of the University of Akron. Virginia served as an executive secretary at Goodrich for many years before her retirement . She was a member of Holy Family Catholic Parish. An accomplished musician, Virginia’s favorite pastime was playing the piano.

Her survivors include her husband of 62 years, Jack D.; sister, Eileen Fornari Habunek; nephew, Gregory (Robin) Habunek; nieces, Denise and Mary Beth Habunek; as well as many other nieces and nephews. Besides her parents she was preceded in death by her sister, Dorothy Fornari.

Calling hours will be on Wednesday from 5 to 7 p.m. at the Dunn-Quigley Stow Chapel (3333 Kent Rd at Rt. 91). Mass of Christian Burial will be on Thursday at Holy Family Church followed by interment at Ohio Western Reserve National Cemetery.
