Obituary for Mildred Ella Wigal (McNew)

Mildred Ella  Wigal (McNew)
Mildred Ella Wigal (nee McNew) was born Oct, 16, 1925. She entered into eternal rest on the morning of December 31, 2016 where she joins many friends and loved ones in Heaven.
She worked beside her husband Paul at the Cathedral of Tomorrow and sang in the choir. A stay-at-home Mom and homemaker, she was a fabulous mother and devoted wife.
Her parents, Henry Clayton McNew and Ida McNew; brother, Howard McNew, and sister, Marge Barlett, all preceded her in death.
In 1944 she met Wm. Paul Wigal. They were married on May 13, 1945 and had four wonderful children: Ronald P. Wigal (Joyce) of Kentucky, Pamela J. Schneider (John) of Stow, Robin L. Titus (Bob) of Munroe Falls, and Jay R. Wigal (Lori) of Cuyahoga Falls; four precious grandchildren: Justin, Corbin, Brayden and Mason; and one sister, Kathryn Hamilton.
Besides spending time with her kids and grandchildren, Mildred loved to travel. She and Paul could be gone for one day or several months.
Calling hours will be on Thursday from 6 to 8 p.m. and on Friday from noon to 1:00 p.m. at the Dunn-Quigley Stow Chapel where funeral services will take place at 1:00 p.m. on Friday. Interment at Stow Cemetery will follow.
