Betsy (Dunn) Petit

My Aunt Sherri was my "cool aunt". At a young age, she encouraged me love to Diana Ross and the Supremes. We shared a common love for St.V-M and the Irish (in a family divided). I will cherish the memories that we made at sleepovers with her and my cousin, Julie. Most importantly, I learned from my "cool aunt" that you find strength from within. She was so brave and so strong. The best part about her was that she lived her whole life smiling and finding humor when it was hard for others to see beyond the difficult. I loved her very much and will miss her.
