E. Ruth Eberhart, age 91, of Akron, passed away early Sunday, November 10, 2013 at her residence.

She was born September 14, 1922 in Leechburg, Pennsylvania to late John and Daisy (Ashbaugh) Dainty.

Ruth retired from O’Neil’s Department Store in 1986 after 25 years of service. She was a member of Eagles Aerie #555 Auxillary.

Besides her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband Edward Eberhart, daughter-in-law Linda Eberhart, and brother Blaine Dainty.

She is survived by her daughter Bren (Jack) Keith, her sons Jack, and Paul (Kathy) Eberhart; sister Gail Walker; seven grandchildren Mike Thomas (Rustin Davis), Dawn (Donald) Stieninger, Eric (Lisa) Fellows, Darren (Joelle) Fellows, Audrey (Kevin) Schaninker, Ryan Eberhart, Anna Keith, Judd (Heather) Eberhart; 11 great-grandchildren, four great-great grandchildren.

Cremation has taken place, no calling hours, Services will be at the convenience of the family. Inurnment in Greenlawn Memorial Park.
