I met Estel, like others, when I worked at Floyd's. He would come in and sit for hours laughing and telling stories. I've only seen him a few times over the years, but he was always smiling and happy to see me and still telling stories. For me, Estel was a smart, hard working guy with an amazing sense of humor. Everyone that I know liked him. I am saddened at his passing.

Our prayers and thoughts are with Becky and all her family members as they remember Estel. I can see him riding his tractor around the yard with one of his granddaughters along for the ride. May you always have the summer sun on your face and the girl's laughter in your heart. Linda Davidson-Frontino

My dad was a wonderful, smart, talented and caring man with a big heart. He worked so hard and always wanted the best for us. He taught me how to drive, which I'm sure was not easy for him when i drove his truck. He looked for months for a perfect car for me, it was of course a 1986 red comero with a V8 and t-tops. It was the best car, especially since my dad picked it out. he was always there for me when i needed him. When my car would break down i knew i could count on my dad to help me. When my car started to rust he stripped it and painted it, making it look brand new. I watched him do the same thing with my uncles big tracter. It always amazed me that i had such a smart and talented dad that he was able to help build his own house. I remember him throwing frisbees with us, flying kites and making huge snowmen. He always watched the Nascar on sundays and the history chanel. When we went places i always looked for my dad. All though he was quiet he still made a boring room better. Every once in a while he would say a funny joke, I loved his jokes. Sometimes you weren't sure if he was serious or joking. He always said he was a pretty man and i looked just like him. He always told me not to go away mad and to drive careful. I loved watching him interact with my kids, he loved them so much and would have given anything for them. They also thought the world of him and love him so much. He was always there to help me get the kids in and out of the car. Im going to miss seeing him outside waiting for us. Im going to miss seeing him at church, it wont be the same without him. I love my dad so much and am thankful for everything he did for us and all of the memories we created together.

I have lost my long time friend and lover. He always made sure we were taken care of. I don't know how I am going to get by with out him. It is not easy letting go; but with the help of my family, I sure will get thru this. Love you: Estel.
