Maria Kaderle, of Stow, Ohio, passed away December 5, 2020 at the age of 96.  She was born in Yugoslavia and relocated to Linz, Austria where she married her husband of 42 years, Jakob Kaderle, and had 5 children.  Together in 1956 they immigrated and moved their family of 7 to the United States.  Maria was a loving, selfless wife, mother, and grandmother and matriarch of her family.  She loved to cook, bake, dance the polka and was a dedicated member of Zion Lutheran Church in Akron, Ohio. 

Maria was preceded in death by her loving husband, Jakob, in 1987.  She is survived by her children Elsa (Larry) Ager of Cape Coral, FL; Helene (Don) Swank of Cuyahoga Falls; Christine George of New Franklin; Erika Kaderle of Stow; and Robert Kaderle of Montville; 10 grandchildren and 12 great grandchildren.  She also leaves behind brothers-in-law Melchoir Erb of Norton, Michael Kaderle of Austria, and numerous extended family members in Austria, Germany, and the United States.  A special thank you to a few family members and friends who helped care for Maria in her home over the past year.

A private funeral for immediate family only will be held at Dunn-Quigley Funeral Home. There will be no calling hours.
