Obituary for Mary Jo Kury Fox-Peck

Mary Jo Kury Fox-Peck, 41, went into the loving arms of our Lord, Jesus Christ on January 20, 2021. She was at home surrounded by her devoted and loving family and friends after a short but hard fought battle with cancer.

She resided in Coventry Township and graduated from Manchester High School in 1998. Mary Jo had a natural athletic ability and excelled when competing in sports throughout school. She helped lead the Manchester Panthers to their first PAC 7 Title in basketball. After high school, she graduated from the Ohio College of Massotherapy in 2012. She was blessed with a God given gift of healing hands, and started her business in 2013 to share her healing gift as "A Touch of Heaven by MJ", massage therapy.

Her love and belief in God helped her achieve her lifelong dream of being a mother. She was a loving and devoted mother to Zoe Isabella. Zoe is and will always be the love of her life.


She was proceeded in death by her Grandparents Joseph and Josephine Kury, Richard Fox, and Cousin Jeremiah Hoch. She is survived by her loving and devoted husband, Joshua Peck and her beautiful daughter, Zoe Isabella, her devoted and loving parents Mark Fox and Judy Kury-Fox, and many loving family and friends who will greatly miss her. Special thanks to the many family and friends who stood by her during this difficult journey.

She had a strong faith and love for the Lord, which exemplified her love, loyalty and devotion to her family, friends, clients and especially her fur babies. Her heart was full of kindness and love, and she was always there to support everyone in all aspects of their lives.

In lieu of flowers a trust for Zoe's education will be established. Checks can be made payable to Josh Peck or Judy Kury-Fox and mailed to 1325 Maryland Ave., Coventry Township, OH 44319.
Calling hours will be on Friday from 4 to 8 pm at the Dunn-Quigley Funeral Home (811 Grant St.)_ PLEASE WEAR A MASK AND OBSERVE SOCIAL DISTANCING. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Saturday at 12 Noon at St. Francis DeSales Church, interment Holy Cross Cemetery.
