Obituary for Orsola Marian LoCascio

Orsola Marian  LoCascio
Orsola M LoCascio 63, of Akron, passed unexpectedly, August 19. 2018.

Orsola M. LoCascio was born in Akron and grew up in Cuyahoga Falls. She graduated from Cuyahoga Falls High School and Walsh University. She was a loving, dedicated mother to her two sons, Padraic Arway and Kevin Arway. She raised her family in Akron while working at Tarry House Inc (Akron) and Promway Kennels in North Canton. She was devoted to her sons, her grandchildren and was always willing to help every person she met. Orsola had a passion for social justice and embraced the philosophy of "living simply so others may simply live." She loved family vacations, animals, was an avid reader and hiker. She enjoyed all forms of intraction with her grandchildren.
Orsola was preceeded in death by her father Anthony LoCascio (Cuyahoga Falls) and her son Kevin Arway (Dublin OH). She is survived by son Padraic Arway (Mandy) of Canton, mother Mary Lutz (Gilbert) of Fairlawn, daughter-in-law Traci Arway of Dublin, OH, brother Thomas LoCascio of Cuyahoga Falls, sister Ann LoCascio of Florida, and her six joys of her life, grandchildren: Andrew, Patrick, Kieran, Lillian, Charles and Addison Arway. Orsola is also survived by her nieces Aubrey Hillbery (Jake) and Carmella Stirrat (Christopher), close friend Mark Waters and numerous dear friends and family.
Calling hours will be on Monday from 5 to 8 p.m. at the Dunn-Quigley Funeral Home (811 Grant St.) where the Rosary will be recited at 7:45 p.m. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Tuesday at 10:00 a.m. at St. Vincent Catholic Church followed by interment at Holy Cross Cemetery.
