Patricia “Patti” Thompson, 73, of Stow passed away on October 26, 2022 after a brief illness. She was born in Akron, the daughter of the late Joseph and Helen Reiner.
Patti was a family woman and was the glue that kept everyone together. She enjoyed bingo (especially on Tuesday evenings); facebooking funny memes and posts and her “daily” crossword puzzles. She enjoyed cooking, especially her famous “spaghetti” and trying to perfect her mom’s famous “knuckles” (chicken paprikash). Most of all she enjoyed her family. Aside from having traditional family dinners, she loved the holidays and birthdays, but most of all just having her family together. She was the one to walk into a room and light it up. She was a mom or a friend to everyone. Patti had a wonderful sense of humor and was loved by all who knew her. She was one of the most selfless persons you could ever meet.
“I Love You More”
Her survivors include husband, Steve; daughter, Melissa “Missy” (Tressie) Thompson; son, Stevie (Jeanette) Thompson; brothers, Joseph and David (Jennifer) Reiner; grandchildren, Brooke, Rheagan, and Jack; nieces, Jessica and Brittany; family pets, Trevor, Tobi, Ozzy, Tiggy, T.T., and the late her beloved Tanner.
