Condolences

Condolence From: Phil and Linda Marcin
Condolence: Dear Marilyn and Family,
Please accept our condolences. I, Phil, remember Tom from our seminary days and he was just a wonderful person. More recently, we met Tom a number of times, including the hospital and St. Mary's Fish Fry. He was always so kind and expressed so much love and care for you and his family. He is now at home experiencing the ultimate joy of heaven. God bless all of you. Tom, pray for all of us.

Condolence From: Michael Olah & Kelly Masarik
Condolence: Tom, Marilyn, their son Tim and Tim's family have been members of the Weber Ave. family for years. And family they were. Tom often stopped, rolled down his window and proffered encouragement while we landscaped our yard or were painting our house - across the street from his. He thanked us for improving his view. Tom always initially refused an offered "helping hand" when he was working on his home, then was graciously thankful when it was given anyway (and yes, I'm talking about installing that new front window in his house). He joked, laughed, and carried on - usually about his own foibles and at his own expense (and the faulty brakes in his pick-up truck). Kelly and I often sat next to him when we had our not quite annual "block party" and being there with him was, well it was just comfortable being in his company. That was Tom. Making everyone comfortable, just with his presence.
