Obituary for Willie D. Tonkin
Willie D. Tonkin, 85, of Stow went home to be with the Lord on March 13. He was born in Braxton Co. W.Va to the late Willie B. and Genevieve Tonkin. Willie retired from Chrysler after 31 years of service. In 2013 he was preceded by his wife, Lois Jeanne.
His survivors include daughters, Laura (Tim) Lamtman, Cheryl (Ted) Crabtree, Diane (Jeff) Earlenbaugh, and Lisa (Bill) Thomas; son, Darrell (Roxanne); grandchildren, Angela, Joshua, Jeremy, Sarah, Jeffrey, Jenny, Heather, and Candace; great grandchildren, Kayla, Emily, Michael, Jacob, Phelen, Elijah, Gwenny, Wyatt, Kyra, Alexis, Isla, Barrett, Ryan, Westin, and Cameron; sisters, Karen Sue and Connie; and brother, Randy Tonkin.
Calling hours will be on Thursday from 11 to 1 at the Dunn-Quigley Stow Chapel (3333 Kent Rd. at Rt.91) where funeral services will take place at 1:00 p.m. Interment will follow at Silver Springs Cemetery.
