Obituary for John B. Hrib

John B. Hrib
John B. Hrib, age 81, of Stow, passed away Sunday, June 12, 2016 at the Arbors in Stow. John was born August 15, 1934 in Cleveland to the late John and Mary (Hancharik) Hrib. He was a Teacher/Guidance Counselor at Cleveland City Schools and Mogadore Schools. John was a member of Holy Family Parish.
He enjoyed nature, camping, jogging, boy scouting and technical rock climbing/mountaineering. John was a veteran of the US Army. Family always came first for John. He is survived by his wife Ruth, his daughter Mary Hrib, his sons, John A. (Diana) Hrib, and Jim Hrib; his granddaughter Leanna; sister Margaret Ragain, and many nieces and nephews. Friends may call from 9­-10:30AM Saturday, June 18th at the Dunn-­Quigley Funeral Home, 3333 Kent Rd. in Stow. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated 11AM, Saturday, at Holy Family Church, 3179 Kent Rd. in Stow. Memorial donations may be made to the charity of your choice.
