Teresa I  Haycock (Sayre)
Teresa I. Haycock, 83, of Akron passed away on September 8. Born in Akron to the late Walter and Viola Sayre, Teresa has been a life long area resident. She was a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints . A devoted wife, mother and grandmother, her family was her life. She enjoyed working in her garden and taking care of her pet dogs and cats.

Preceded in death by her first husband, Carl Ford, and second husband, Ross Haycock, her daughters, Brenda Setser, and Teresa "Sissy" Hamlin, and son Robert Sayre, she is survived by sons, Carl (Cindy) Ford, and Paul C. (Kathy) Blair; sisters, Ethel Tipton, and Evelyn Jones; and brothers, Melvin, Gilbert, Lynn, and Ralph Sayre; as well as many grandchildren, nieces and nephews.

Calling hours will be on Sunday from 2 to 5 p.m. at the Dunn-Quigley Funeral Home (811 Grant St.). A funeral service will take place on Monday at 10:00 a.m.at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints (735 N. Revere Rd., Bath), interment at Rose Hill Burial Park will follow.
