We enjoyed our times with Frank and Mary Lou when my husband, Jim, worked with him at Goodyear Aerospace. Jim took him to work every day so Mary Lou could have their car available for their three young daughters. We had a wonderful time with them at the Goodyear Foremen's Club activities. When my husband left Goodyear Aerospace we still kept in contact through Christmas cards and phone calls. In later years we reconnected with Frank and his second wife, along with our mutual friends from Aerospace, Bob and Betty Ovendorf. We began meeting for dinner and then returning to the home of one or the other of us for an evening of reminiscence and humor. Frank had a great sense of humor. I remember how much Betty loved baseball and the Cleveland Indians.and we loved talking with both of them. Frank said he was so lucky to have married two wonderful women, and we agreed. We're old now, of course, and it is so hard to lose our old friends who meant so much to us. We were unable to attend Frank's calling hours or service but our hearts and spirit were there. Our sincere sympathy goes to his family and friends at their loss of a great guy.
