Alice M. Albright, age 88, formerly of Springfield Township, passed away February 28, 2013 at Concordia at Sumner on Ridgewood.
Alice was born February 23, 1925 in Akron and was one of three siblings. After graduating from St. Thomas School of Nursing, she married Elton L. Albright, Jr. Alice was a registered nurse and worked on and off for 25 years in between having five children.
She is preceded in death by her husband of 42 years, Elton; her sons, Kenneth Albright and Richard Albright.
Alice is survived by her children, Cathleen Wright of Akron, David and Barbara Albright of Springfield, Missouri, Gregory and Deborah Albright of Alameda, California; nephew George and Tina Sumner; seven grandchildren, seven great-grandchildren, and two great-great grandchildren.
The funeral service will be 11AM, Monday, March 4th at Greenlawn Memorial Park, 2580 Romig Rd. in Akron, in the Mausoleum Chapel.
