Remembrance of Mrs. Ruth Hill

I had the pleasure of knowing Mrs Ruth Hill for many years during her work at Scott AFB, IL, where I was on Active Duty with the USAF (1970-75; 1980-85). She was also a member of the Belleville News Democrat Advisory Council for many years until She relocated to Ohio. She served as our Secretary for many years and was a very competent person. She and I were the resident old-timers on the Council for our many years of service. Now I am the old timer, 30 years this month. Best Regards to entire Family at this time of sorrow.
