To Mike, and all of Mark's family, I send my deepest sympathy. I was so saddened to read of Mark's death - another good one gone. Like several others who have responded here, I went to Walsh with Mark (and Mike). I always enjoyed Mark's sense of humor and his contagious laugh. You will be missed.

Like Mark, I was in the class of '71 at Walsh. Mark was an outstanding athlete who I competed against in grade school and competed with at Walsh. I have many memories of Mark from those days (some I'm sure he would have hoped that I would have forgotten, but many more that I hope would have brought a smile to his face). High school was the last time I spent an extended period of time with the same friends, and I feel Mark was like family; thus, I mourn his loss but am grateful for the short time we spent together -- though many years ago. Was a classmate of Mark's at Walsh. Mark and his brother Mike were both leaders academically and on the sports field. I was saddened to hear of his passing. A loss to the Walsh community. I will keep Mark and his family in my prayers.

Went to Walsh with mark; we both liked to food out of the machines at Walsh, would often eat lunch together and he was in my gym classes; I will always remember Mark and Mike.
