Message: Since my days of Boy Scouts, Danny has and continues to be an inspiration and mentor. Like my own father, he has taught me many things and skills that have help me through life and has brought me to where I am now. During my last visit home from Japan, one of the first people to visit was Danny. It had been about 15 years since I last saw him and was delighted that he came to see me. He was so happy and full of energy. I was spellbound listening about his revolutionary war reenactments and leather work. So it came as a shock when my parents notified me of is passing the other day. I will deeply miss him. Any I send my deepest sympathies to the Garner Family. Please know however that Danny's legacy will live on as I continue following the life skills he has taught me and I have passed on to my own children.
