Connections

I was a student of Carol's at The Elms in the 70's. I had her for Geometry & Religion classes. I graduated and moved to Mississipi. Upon my return to Ohio, my new husband, Daniel, and I  moved to a little house on Charolotte Street. Who should be living in an apartment across the street, but Carol. Our relationship changed from student & teacher to friends,  We were in the same community of friends and we got to hang out & get to know each other better. Our family attended her wedding and she and Rob came to our home birth of our youngest son Raleigh. She was pregnant with Zach at the time. Our kids grew up in the same community & are friends. I was so sad to hear that her time here on earth had ended. The next time I'll run into her is when my time on this earth is ended and we meet in that next world.
